Anxiety and Stress

Short sessions that bring the heart rate down inside two minutes. The pattern matters less than the fact that something else is doing the counting.

Sleep

Longer exhale than inhale, a screen that fades out, and nothing that asks you to think. Use these lying down, with the lights already off.

Focus

Steady, even pacing held for five minutes or more. This is the group to practice daily rather than reach for in a crisis.
